Favourable location in the middle of jackson. New-fashioned and amazing rooms with private bathrooms and coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware. The staff were very very helpful and helped us with free parking.

Location: the hotel was so close to Udawalawe National Park and the safari. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines, and a dining area.

The variety of food options here is delightful 🍴. the location of this place is really convenient, being super close to both the Safari and the city.

We got a room with a bathtub.

They serve a great breakfast with omelettes and fresh fruit, the staff are friendly, offering complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

Convenient location - close to everything we needed. the room had a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control, which was a nice touch! 🌟

I recently stayed at Royal Reach in Udawalawe for 2 nights and it was truly incredible. The hotel is brand new and everything was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The pool was fantastic and the room had a new AC with great water pressure in the shower. The food at the hotel was also delicious, with amazing curries and fresh fruit. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, arranging our Jeep safari tour and tending to our needs before we even asked. This was hands down the best hotel experience we had in Sri Lanka.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wow, we had an amazing stay at this brand new hotel! We couldn't believe the incredible value for money. the hotel is spotlessly clean, and our spacious room had a new AC and a fantastic shower with great water pressure. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. We couldn't get enough of the delicious food served in the restaurant – from curries to sambol to fresh fruit, everything was a treat for our taste buds. They even helped us arrange a fabulous Jeep safari tour, which was the highlight of our trip. We can confidently say that this was the best stay we had in Sri Lanka. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

This hotel is a wonderful gem to stay at. the staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely cares about making your stay enjoyable. the rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a fantastic bathroom. the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the pool area is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. the hotel arranges fun activities such as safari tours.

There wasn't a ventilation system in the room, which caused the initial smell of textile from the curtains. opening the windows solved the problem.

While we enjoyed most aspects of our stay, we were disappointed by the lack of clear rules regarding meal service. We found the staff somewhat disorganized and wished that there had been a more structured approach to meals and dining.

Spent easter at this hotel and the pool was amazing, big and always clean. the view from the pool and restaurant was great, as we could enjoy the sunsets and the nature around us. the staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. the rooms were spacious and tidy.

The food was not up to our expectations, it was bland and lacked flavor. the location was not ideal as it was far from any attractions.
